DUTIES:
Partner with other functions such as IT, Manufacturing, Process Development, Commercial Program Management, and Quality, among other key stakeholders, to achieve business objectives.
Manage the timeline, budget, and scope of the supply chain projects to support the Supply Chain Transformation Program across manufacturing sites.
Ensure overall portfolio health through continuous assessment and refinement of approaches and plans to deliver objectives, while addressing conflicting and changing priorities.
Grow and mature the Supply Chain PMO via developing and rolling out standard processes, business systems, toolsets, and adoption of best practices; maintain a single source of the truth via dashboarding and metrics.
Act as the implementation arm of the program sponsor and/or steering committee, providing insights on end-to-end supply chain and strategic thinking on overall project/program execution.
Lead the initiation, planning, tracking, execution, and delivery of strategic multifunctional initiatives and large complex multi-faceted projects/programs across the supply chain.
Develop multifunctional project charters that clearly define scope, interdependencies, benefits, approach, high-level risks, and key assumptions to ensure key stakeholder alignment.
Stakeholder management and communications across the enterprise, while managing risk and complexity to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Travel:
Up to 15% domestic and international travel required
REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
MINIMUM Experience Requirement:
5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, or related occupations.
Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:
Master's degree in Biotechnology Management, Engineering, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, or related occupations
