    Position Summary:


    A career in Data & Analytics will provide the opportunity to design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor standardized or ad hoc reports, dashboards, or data requests.

    Additionally, this role develops and maintains report forms, layouts, formats, information dashboards, data generators, standardized reports, and other end-user access to data for analytical purposes.

    The role involves working with our databases, data warehouses, queries, and scripts, and reporting information for end-users. Analysts also integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements, metrics, KPIs, reports, or visualizations.


    The Business Intelligence Analyst III will own development standards and be responsible for the quality of all ETL/ELT routines developed for the Datawarehouse.

    This role will also own the operations of our integration platform, troubleshoot data-related issues using SQL and other Integration monitoring tools, and main data-related documentation.

    Additionally, this role will create requirements and specifications for reports based on business requests and install and maintain Informatica IICS agents on Linux and Windows.

    This is an individual-contributor role with high visibility that will also require production support and maintenance.


    Essential Functions:
    Create and own documentation for Integration development standards and best practices
    Serving as a Data Modeling expert, design and develop BI integration solutions to populate Snowflake DB in a robust and timely manner, verifying highest quality of data
    Ensure integration environment is secure and available, and serve as point of contact for any configuration, upgrade, or enhancement of the integration platform
    Partner with Users, Data Modelers and Analysts to complete functional specifications and translate the same to technical specifications for ETL/ELT development work
    Provide performance tuning and enhancement of ETL/ELT (Informatica) processes, support technical documentation, and own deliverables related to ETL/ELT design, implementation, and testing
    Maintain documentation for Batch, Real Time Jobs, and Affected Data Objects
    Collaborate with the Architect and Engineers to design integration to reflect business needs while maintaining security requirements and meeting service level requirements
    Work with onshore and offshore contractors to conduct code reviews to ensure ETL/ELT code is of the highest quality


    Required Skills:
    Strong analytical skills with ability to design, develop scalable data integration and BI solutions
    3-5 years of Information Technology experience with a strong focus on Data Warehousing, ETL, Enterprise Reporting and Dashboards
    3-5 years expertise with complex SQL, views, materialized views, stored procedures and functions
    3-5years expertise on Stored procedures using Javascript or Python
    3-5 years expertise with database solutions like Snowflake (3 years minimum), Oracle, SQL server.
    3-5 years working on Informatica Intelligent Cloud -(Cloud Data Integration)
    3-5 years working with mass ingestion, Power Apps, Enterprise schedulers
    3-5 years expertise with reporting solutions like Power BI, SSRS. Minimum of 3 years on Power BI
    1-2 years experience with Python/Selenium
    Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
    Proficient with configuration of REST/SOAP API's and parsing of XML/JSON data
    Expertise in debugging & troubleshooting using IICS platform
    Proactive with a Can do attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


    Preferred Skills:
    Utility domain Knowledge
    Portal Development & support
    3-5 years experience with Informatica Cloud Application Integration
    3-5 years experience with Java , VB Script


    Required Background:
    Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
    An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
