You will be overseeing all projects including highrises, healthcare, education, and some municipality projects.

This integral role will be responsible for leading and managing all preconstruction activities for high-rise, commercial projects valued at $80 million or more.

Lead the preconstruction process for all high-rise, commercial projects valued at $80 million or more, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify potential risks and challenges in the preconstruction phase and devise effective mitigation strategies.
Review and approve project estimates and budgets, ensuring they are accurate and realistic.
Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management, with a focus on high-rise, commercial projects valued at $80 million or more.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and approve project estimates and budgets.
