    Description **This is a hybrid position working 2 days a week in our Boston office (not remote or other locations) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, computer vision, and Generative AI have great potential to strengthen our competitive advantage and unlock new value.

    We are looking for a new member of the Enterprise Innovation team who will work hand-in-hand with our Data Science and Engineering teams to leverage these capabilities to reinvent the customer experience, enhance our products and services, and drive operational efficiencies.


    This individual will be responsible for:
    Defining strategy and opportunity spaces (includes partnering with the business to identify new uses cases and opportunities for experimentation)

    Program managing efforts and communicating progress to Executive LeadershipPartnering with our Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to build, test, and scale new products and servicesManaging our AI Collaboration with MIT, which includes working with project teams across the Lab to identify opportunities to weave academic research into our incubation programs Please Note:
    This is a range posting for an Asst. Director or Director I position. Compensation will depend on experience, skill level and education.
