- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
- Assist our Controller in financial reports summarizing key financial data and trends.
- Monitor and manage ALL Charge backs and credit card disputes.
- Review Credit card processing systems needs and ensure proper tools are in place .
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Vendors and Reconciliation of Partner sales .
- Organize ALL file financial documents for Concessions sales and Vendors reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Provide documentation and information as required during audit processes.
- Liaise with vendors and Maintain Insurance and W-9 Records.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
- Participate in special financial projects as assigned by management.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
- Associate degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Integrity and ethical conduct.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
