- Professionally assist internal customers in providing information and estimates on parts and accessories
- Be available and mobile to assist internal/external customers throughout the dealership and resort, making it a seamless experience for the customer.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner
- Research pricing and availability of parts and billing customer for parts and accessories.
- Receive part requests and verify information.
- Verify orders and shipments, and follow through to insure quality installation.
- Maintain communication with customer and vendor source, and monitor shipping and installation of product.
- Pull parts from warehouse as needed
- Prepare required reports.
- Attend all company required meetings and training.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
- Previous RV/auto parts experience preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic Accounting skills.
- Ability to use telephone, calculator, fax machine & computer keyboard.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
- High school diploma or equivalent
