Who we are looking for:

• Those with a willingness to learn and to execute our proven inbound/outbound calls with delinquent members.
• Goal oriented individuals who are self-motivated and can maintain company production standards.
• People with basic computer skills, excellent oral communication, and great phone skills are essential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years Debt Collection skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Experience working in Finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with collections software and related technology.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some night shifts and an occasional weekend shift.
