    Description
    Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1 on 1 in home with trach patients for night and day shift

    Cases available in Oak Ridge, Rocky Top, Andersonville, Harriman & More

    Shifts available: 12 hr. Day and Night Shifts Mon-Fri available and 4/3 rotations

    Pay is $25-$29

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
    • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
    • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
    • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee.
    • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
    • Current BLS card.
