    What you will do...

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
    Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular reports to the VP of Sales & Rental.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
    Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
    Provide training and ongoing coaching to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
    Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Rental to ensure inventory availability, delivery schedules, and equipment maintenance are optimized.
    What you'll need...

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

    Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Heavy Equipment industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.

    Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
    Knowledge of sales trends, products, and services.
    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and negotiate contracts.
    Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and resolve escalated customer issues.

    Compensation:
    $120,000 - $230,000 (Base + Incentive)
