    Description

    We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team You will be an advocate for residents with mental and behavioral disorders while working in a collaborative, positive environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform functional behavior assessment and document in FIN
    • Design and write BTPs: quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
    • Provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills, and redirection strategies
    • Consult with treatment team to problem solve and make changes
    • Consult with psychiatrist and other medical professionals as needed to coordinate medication with treatment plans
    Requirements and skills
    • BCBA Certification
    • State Licensure
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
