    Position:

    Mobile Maintenance Technician - $2,000 signing bonus offered

    Position Summary:

    The Mobile Maintenance Technician ensures the physical appearance and mechanical operations of assigned properties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of all properties assigned, including building operations, preventative maintenance schedules, energy management systems, and equipment status.
    • Ensure the operation of building equipment within design capabilities to achieve proper environmental conditions, optimize performance, and minimize operating costs. Adhere to preventive maintenance schedule.
    • Identify and correct unsafe conditions immediately. Notify the Supervisor of problems beyond scope of responsibility.
    • Maintain each property's professional appearance in all areas.
    • Manage work and provide work order status updates through the computerized work order system. Collaborate with the Property Manager and/or Supervisor to resolve problems delaying completion of work orders.
    • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electrical and plumbing systems.
    • Troubleshoot basic HVAC equipment issues.
    • Perform basic carpentry and mechanical repairs.
    • Safely use tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, mechanical devices, and measuring devices.
    • Adhere to vehicle maintenance schedule for oil-changes, cleanings, preventive maintenance, and repairs if assigned a company vehicle. Report any accidents, driving, or parking violations to the Supervisor.
    • Maintain company tools and equipment.
    • Be available for on-call rotation based on business needs.
    • Act with discretion not to discuss confidential information with customers.
    • Other duties as necessary or assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED, required
    • Trades Training, preferred
    • At least three years commercial property maintenance experience, required
    • Frequent travel, required
    • Driver's License and auto insurance, required

    All employees of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation will be required to complete a drug screening and criminal background check as a condition of employment.
