Job DescriptionAs a tax manager, you will lead and manage all phases of business and individual client tax advisory and compliance engagements.

You will be expected to manage clients independently and possess excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.

You will perform technical reviews of corporate and individual returns, participate in training and supervision of staff, conduct tax research and advise on tax matters.

Responsibilities:
Apply tax knowledge to preparation and/or technical review of complex individual and business returns.

Perform tax research with view for compliance and alternatives to satisfy client's objectionsPrepare/analyze income tax notices for federal and state jurisdictionsClient management and participation in marketing/business developmentParticipation in recruitment and supervision of staffRequirements:5-10 years of tax preparation experienceCPA/EA LicenseExcellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Self-motivator with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
A strong desire toward career advancement and goal toward future firm ownership.

Excellent work ethic and a sense of humor are a mustPreferred Qualifications:
