Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Our client, considered one of the top companies in their industry niche, is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee the efficient packaging of high-quality products. In this role, you will lead the team, meet production targets, and maintain effective communication with peers across all shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Arrange staff to meet production requirements
Lead and manage processes in your assigned functional area(s)
Optimize the use of labor and resources for maximum efficiency
Handle managerial tasks such as employee scheduling, performance management, and ensuring safety practices
Responsible for documentation, recordkeeping, and daily paperwork review
Perform floor tasks as necessary and conduct equipment/procedure inspections

All employees share responsibility for product quality and food safety. Any related concerns should be promptly reported to the appropriate personnel.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Proficiency in maintaining information confidentiality
Familiarity with computer applications and office equipment

Education and Experience:

An Associate Degree in a relevant field coupled with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor Degree with 2 years of experience is preferred. Relevant management background will also be taken into account.
