    Job Description Job Description GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Wealth Specialist, Senior Associate will be a member of a dynamic family office team that supports high net worth client relationships.

    We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning to family legacy intentions.

    Tax planning for individuals and closely held business owners is central to this role.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the Wealth Manager to support high net worth clients and prospects in advanced financial planning, income tax minimization, insurance strategies and risk mitigation, investment allocation, manager selection, implementation, monitoring and other related mattersIdentify growth opportunities in existing client base.

    Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the client needs and solutions.
    Plan and manage new account on-boarding process.
    In coordination with the Wealth Manager, meets with clients to fulfill requests, gather documents and general follow up.
    Maintain and manage a comprehensive list of financial planning and investment action items.
    Consistently and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of all open items.
    Develop strong product knowledge and client relationship management skills.
    Prepare preliminary client correspondence and professional client presentation materials.

    Work with the Wealth Manager to monitor client accounts for excess cash, reallocation ideas and out of tolerance IPS.Manage Alternative Investment on-boarding process for clients.

    EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALSThe successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2- 5 years experience in the income tax preparation and planning field or Financial Services marketplace.

    Bachelors Degree.
    Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred. Certified Public Accountant a plus.
    Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and team based environmentExcellent critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
    Maintain absolute confidentiality of client information.
