    We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager, Field Readiness, who will report to our Head of Global Field Readiness, to lead the annual and quarterly planning & prioritization efforts for all Field Sales deliverables. In this role, the portfolio manager will support the lifecycle of our Field Sales Enablement portfolio, leading key project-level reviews, optimizing standards in our processes, identifying areas for improvement and reporting analyses on what is being delivered to the Global Field Sales organization. This person will partner with cross-functional business teams across the sales, product, marketing and operations organizations to plan and prioritize initiatives for delivery to field sales.     This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you'll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.     What You'll Achieve

    • Own and drive the global intake, planning and prioritization process for Field Readiness organization in partnership with key stakeholders and cross-functional business partners.
    • Identify gaps in existing processes and partner with cross-functional business partners across all segments, roles and regions to bridge the gaps and improve processes at scale.
    • Partner with Sales, Cross-functional Partners and Field Readiness teams in region to identify sales skills, product/ solution and process/ tools gaps and gain insights to advise and prioritize existing and future program development focus areas.
    • Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making at the team or organizational level
    • Contribute to the establishment of common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, and ensure adherence to company and legal standards
    • Analyze key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolio and projects
    • Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success

    About you

    • Proven success at managing cross functional teams and partnering
    • Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with senior level sales managers
    • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, in a rapidly changing environment
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
    • Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to adapt content on the fly based on audience engagement
    • Ability to garner support for new ideas, motivate the masses, and execute on change initiatives
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent work experience.

    For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $182,000 - $232,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

    In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
