    Description

    Our client with locations in the Manchester, CT area is searching for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team Some Saturday shifts will be expected on a rotating basis.

    This is a NHSC site and qualifies for up to $50,000 in loan repayment for two years of service. Primary Care/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
    Monday - Friday schedule, rotating weekend coverage as needed
    Treating patients in the clinic with behavioral health issues and addictions
    Performing H&Ps, mental health assessments and a full spectrum of healthcare services (mainly to adult population)
    Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
