    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Engineer with 8-10+ years of experience to join our team.

    As a Transportation Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and executing transportation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, bridges, and transit systems.
    Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
    Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and requirements.
    Conduct feasibility studies, environmental assessments, and risk analyses to inform project decision-making.
    Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development and growth.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Professional Engineer (PE) license required.8-10+ years of experience in transportation engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

    Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.Strong knowledge of transportation engineering principles, standards, and regulations.

    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
