    Summary

    CTC Group is seeking Technical Analyst, Levels 1 & 2, for contingent positions to provide oversight and management for the collection support missions against one (1) (or more) of the major theaters. Provides information for the Government use in developing, defining and documenting operational, maintenance and logistical concepts leading to the development of prototypes, proofs of concepts, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). Candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities
    • Operates, demonstrates and trains current or prototype intelligence systems under test or in use in field or garrison locations.
    • Provides direct management support to units that include each of the military services.
    • Contributes to technical studies, analyses and evaluations of technical mission needs; and makes recommendations to support decision-makers.
    • Conducts technical studies, analyses and evaluations to improve organizational knowledge of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) status and gaps.
    • Must have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, the SIGINT Export Issues and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities.
    • Must be capable of maintaining an extensive interaction/working relationship among various representatives of the Intelligence Community (e.g., military services, second and third party customers and vendors).
    • Perform Mission Management activities
    • Develop collection-tasking strategies
    • Capture Target Office of Primary Interest (TOPIs) requirements and promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments
    • Research and resolve operational issues during upgrades/installation of new systems and addition of new capabilities
    • Provide technical recommendations to meet collection-tasking strategies
    • Provide technical recommendations for the development of training
    • Participate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Analysis and Production
    • Capture and document knowledge and lessons learned in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft
    Basic Requirements
    • Current, active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
    Level 2 Experience Requirements
    • Fourteen (14) years of SIGINT experience as a signals analyst acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
    • Seven (7) years of SIGINT Tactical Operations experience
    Level 3 Experience Requirements
    • Twenty (20) years of SIGINT experience as a signals analyst acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
    • Ten (10) years of SIGINT Tactical Operations experience
