- Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules and regulations relevant to the position.
- Comply with and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Meet manufacturing timelines for all paint process steps.
- Execute primer and paint processes according to standard work instructions.
- Ensure high quality of work and maintain accountability for the condition of the finished product.
- Familiarity with water wash exhaust filtration paint systems.
- Set up and operate paint mixer, paint booth, and spray gun.
- Identify and use appropriate tools for specific tasks.
- Perform tasks independently with minimal support.
- Interpret assembly prints, drawings, and work orders.
- Provide training to less experienced painters when necessary.
- Perform other assigned functions as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Will provide on the job training (OJT)
- Must have the ability to understand and speak English, as well as read and write in English.
