- Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and Business Owners.
- Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings (3pm-8pm), weekends (9:30am- 3pm), and non-major holidays as required by business needs.
