- Acts as the focal point of communication between Sanden and our Heavy Duty Truck and Off-Highway customers, including the Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Warranty functions
- Build new business relationship and grow current relationships with key customer personnel for a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Work closely with Sanden's Sales Engineering and Design Engineering functions to develop the technical strategies and initiatives needed to promote to Sanden's Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway customers
- Develop strategies to utilize trade shows, customer and dealer events, and industry conferences towards new business opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a monthly, yearly, and long-range (5+ years) business plan. Prepare and distribute a monthly sales forecast based on both macroeconomic and industry-specific factors for our North American Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway markets.
- Coordinate a marketing plan and create marketing materials as needed to realize sales goals
- Generates sales leads and translates these leads into new business opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred); MBA highly desirable
- 2-5 years' experience in Technical Sales/Account Management, with a proven track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
- Ability to successfully interact with a wide range of customer and dealership personnel
- Must be knowledgeable of automotive quality systems and procedures
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Requires strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
