Job summary
You will be the champion of customer experience in store—ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You will lead by example and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding service and resolve issues with empathy and promote our brand values at every opportunity.
You will take ownership of customer satisfaction loyalty and service standards across the store whether it’s supporting front-end operations managing feedback or driving service improvements you will make sure our store is a place customers love to shop..
