    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is on the lookout for a Staff Systems Engineer - IFC to join our team in Roy, UT, supporting the Sentinel program.

    Your Responsibilities

    As part of the Integrated Functional Capability (IFC) team within the System Engineering Directorate, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing IFCs according to the Integrated Master Schedule. Collaborate closely with team leads and Integrated Product Teams to identify system functions for a significant development program, defining hardware and software configurations and program timelines.

    This role follows a 9/80 work schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement. Additionally, competitive relocation assistance may be available for this position.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and relevant engineering experience
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance
    • Experience in systems engineering, integration, or technical project management
    • Knowledge of hardware and software integration

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering practices in DoD settings
    • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies
    • Prior experience in Weapon System programs
    • Ability to analyze and develop requirements
    • General knowledge of Northrop Grumman Corporation Engineering Processes
    • Previous engagement in driving employee empowerment strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Active DoD top-secret clearance with SAP/SAR program access
