We are working with a dynamic and growing company who operates in a very niche industry. They are committed to excellence, and are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join the team.

This role is an in office position in Tampa.


Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in managing multi-state payroll and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.

Currently the payroll who handle between people.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in a high volume payroll position.

Responsibilities:

• Process multistate payroll accurately and timely for all employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Maintain employee payroll records and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with payrollrelated inquiries from employees and management
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll processes efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, with a focus on multistate payroll
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
