What you'll get to do:
You are being mentored on responsibilities for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master / Team Coach for an Agile team
You facilitate team events and processes and support Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering value
In addition to your learning, you help educate the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, SAFe, and the operational knowledge that you bring to the table while ensuring that the agreed Agile processes are followed
You also learn to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
