What you'll get to do:
You are being mentored on responsibilities for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master / Team Coach for an Agile team
You facilitate team events and processes and support Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering value
In addition to your learning, you help educate the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, SAFe, and the operational knowledge that you bring to the table while ensuring that the agreed Agile processes are followed
You also learn to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement

You will:

• Assist your team in meeting their delivery goals,
• Coach your team in self-organization and self-management,
• Help your team coordinate and participate in ART events,
• Increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization

You help your team provide transparency by ensuring artifacts are inspected and identifying significant differences between expected and actual results.

• Coach - You understand and educate the team on methods: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Flow, and Built-in-Quality

You'll bring these qualifications:

• We are hiring for vary levels
• Bachelor of Science in technical field or 4 years of work-related experience in lieu of degree will be considered,
• Active Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Information (TS/SCI CI) Polygraph

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master certification, Familiarity with the:

• Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process.
• Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) loop approach to decision-making.
• Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources; and
• Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and Maintenance (PADITIM) Software Development Life Cycle
