- Collaborate with the investment team to track investment pipeline, mandates, and closing activities.
- Review and/or create essential materials for deal closing, including credit agreement review, funds flow preparation, and maintaining closing checklists and KYC requests.
- Coordinate with internal and external counsel on investment structure, entity creation, and ongoing monitoring of investment entities.
- Assist with Lead Agent responsibilities and oversee external 3rd party sub-agent services.
- Coordinate funding of DDTL and Revolver draws, involving syndicate members.
- Prepare and maintain leverage facility CMRs and compliance certificates.
