- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and continued satisfaction with Frog Street's products or services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the educational or childcare sector.
- 5+ years Sales Experience (preferred).
- Candidate must reside within the designated territory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven track record of developing leads through prospecting.
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
