    Account Executive

    A dynamic sales professional is sought to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with key decision-makers in the early childhood education sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the educational market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and account management.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers, particularly focusing on school districts, childcare centers, and program directors.
    • Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products or services and demonstrating value propositions. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
    • Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
    • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.
    • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and continued satisfaction with Frog Street's products or services.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the educational or childcare sector.
    • 5+ years Sales Experience (preferred).
    • Candidate must reside within the designated territory.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
    • Proven track record of developing leads through prospecting.
    • Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
