- Performs a variety of Maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to: Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Painting. Experience is necessary.
- Perform Groundskeeping duties as assigned including but not limited to: Blowing leaves, hedging bushes, Picking up trash
- Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
- Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and assigned equipment in good working condition.
- Pressure wash walkways, buildings and other property using power washing equipment.
- Ensures that security procedures are always adhered to.
- Maintains professional working relationship with building staff and tenants.
- Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
- Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in accordance with OSHA.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
- Must be able to speak English or bilingual
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate clearly.
- Must be able to download and use the ADP time keeping app.
