    Responsibilities As an Agile Coach at Noblis you will be part of implementing our customers most advanced systems and technology.

    You will be part of a team assisting the other teams within our customers organization as they continue their Agile journey using Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, and Lean concepts.

    You will train, coach, and advise teams and stakeholders, facilitate team and program-level events, and act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to relentlessly improve the customers project outcomes using SAFE.


    Job Duties:
    Coach Scrum Masters or client staff when needed.

    Lead, conduct analysis and recommend process improvements that fosters agility, innovation, and cost savingsAddress both the technological and service aspects of IT delivery when working with our clients to implement a transformationCreate expert-quality Jira dashboards that allow our client to see the big picture of program execution while still being able to drill down into individual team-level results.

    Develop presentations and reports conveying complex information and deliver this information orally when necessary.

    Enable and facilitate remote team interaction using tools like SAFE, JIRA, ConfluenceBuild compelling, interactive dashboards using Jira, and Confluence that allow our clients to get a birds eye view of a whole program or drill down into a specific teamInterface directly with our clients, help train and coach them to apply Lean Thinking and Agile framework to enable innovation and experimentationFacilitate the Agile Release Train overseeing program execution, escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping drive program-level continuous improvementFacilitate trainings, workshops, and program events such as Release Planning, Inspect & Adapt Workshops, Scrum of Scrums, and PO Syncs.

    Provide guidance in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, lead Agile delivery teams consisting of a mix of client and contractor staffRequired Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

    Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD)Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of professional experience3+ years specific experience as a Scrum Master or agile coachExperience overseeing the program level of SAFe Agile (planning and execution of the Program Increments)Experience in management consulting or equivalent role, including the practical application of strategic frameworks, methodologies and approaches to address organizational challengesAbility to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environmentDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skillsProficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira and ConfluenceDesired Qualifications Progressively responsible experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachBachelors degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related fieldCertified Scrum Master certification highly preferred or willingness to obtainPMI Certifications (PMP, ACP) or Lean Six Sigma Black BeltOverview Noblisand our wholly owned subsidiaries,Noblis ESI, andNoblis MSDtackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions.

    Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

    The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.

    The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis total compensation package for employees.
