    Description

    Bridge is seeking a highly strategic yet hands on Vice President of Capital Markets to lead our efforts in sourcing and structuring capital programs with major credit funds, family offices, pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising and deploying institutional capital and will be comfortable navigating both the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Working Capital financing landscapes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with cross functional teams to accelerate Bridge's market leadership.

    This is an ideal opportunity for a high energy, results oriented capital markets professional who is passionate about fintech and excited by the challenge of scaling an innovative platform in a fast paced environment.

    Key Responsabilities


    Capital Raising & Structuring: Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing and structuring direct lending capital programs that underpin Bridge's origination and underwriting platform. Negotiate key terms with capital partners to optimize scalability.

    Allocator & Investor Relations: Cultivate and expand relationships with large institutional investors, credit funds, and balance sheet lenders interested in leveraging Bridge to deploy capital in the CRE and working capital spaces. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, data rooms, and ongoing performance updates to deepen capital partner relationships.

    Market Intelligence: Monitor capital markets trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that impact private credit, warehouse lending, and structured finance to translate insights into actionable strategy.

    Strategic Growth Initiatives:Advise the CEO and leadership team on optimal capital strategy, new asset class opportunities, and potential securitization or syndication paths.

    Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and partnership teams to align capital strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring seamless integration of capital availability with partnership activations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 5 years in capital markets roles (direct lending, structured finance, investment banking, or private credit), with a focus on Commercial Real Estate and/or Working Capital assets
    • Demonstrated success raising and closing debt capital programs between $25MM and $500MM, including term sheets, credit approval, documentation, and ongoing management
    • Deep network among private credit allocators, pension funds, insurance companies, BDCs, and specialty finance lenders
