    Job Description

    Support the leadership of Rise25, LLC, a fast-growing company dedicated to connecting businesses with their ideal prospects, referral partners, and strategic partners using a podcast.

    This remote position requires a skilled bookkeeper/accountant to manage employee and contractor payments, commission checks for referral partners, and other financial tasks.

    The ideal candidate will be proficient in communication via email, Slack, and Asana, have excellent English language skills (even if not native), and be meticulous about factual errors.

    A reliable internet connection is essential for this self-paced role, which can be performed from anywhere. Ideally, the successful candidate will dedicate at least 20 hours per week, but flexibility is also welcome.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage employee and contractor payments, commission checks for referral partners, and other financial tasks.
    • Utilize Google Drive for organization and data management.
    • Participate in monthly video team meetings, Book and Masterclass Club discussions, and new team member mentoring sessions.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills via email, Slack, and Asana.
    • Native-level English proficiency or near-native fluency (even if not native).
    • Meticulous attention to detail and factual accuracy.
    • Self-directed work habits and ability to take initiative.
    • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with Google Drive.
