    FEFA LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Officer with expertise in infectious diseases to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a medical degree from an accredited university, at least eight years of experience in medicine or a related field, and demonstrated expertise in developing clinical trial protocols. This role will involve coordinating all aspects of clinical protocol development, review, and implementation, with a specific focus on infectious diseases research. The candidate should possess superior medical writing skills and be able to provide guidance on infectious disease-related clinical processes and operational issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all aspects of clinical protocol development, review, and implementation, focusing on infectious diseases research.
    • Monitor ongoing clinical studies and trials related to infectious diseases, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
    • Evaluate existing protocols in infectious diseases research and provide suggestions for design, execution, and improvement.
    • Develop protocols for future clinical projects in infectious diseases, considering safety, efficacy, and ethical standards.
    • Produce various detailed reports for use by upper management, summarizing study progress and outcomes in the field of infectious diseases.
    • Participate in site visits as needed, to ensure protocol adherence and data quality in infectious diseases research settings.
    • Review clinical protocols for the safety of the study participants in infectious diseases studies and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Provide guidance to staff on infectious disease-related clinical processes and operational issues.
    • Offer advice and oversight on all infectious disease-related clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Review safety reports in infectious disease studies and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies and improvements.
    • Develop policies and guidelines related to infectious disease clinical trial conduct and safety measures.
    • Coordinate and participate in various meetings, training sessions, and safety-related educational programs focused on infectious diseases.

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree from an accredited university.
    • Eight years of experience in medicine or a related field, with a specific focus on infectious diseases.
    • Demonstrated expertise in performing medical research and developing clinical trial protocols, particularly in the field of infectious diseases.
    • Superior medical writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to coordinate and manage complex clinical projects in the context of infectious diseases.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in infectious disease clinical research and data analysis.
