PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduledAttain production goals as specified by the Plant ManagerMotivate employees to give maximum efforts in a professional mannerEnsure that all safety procedures are being followedMaintain weekly employee attendance recordsMaintain accurate production dataHold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.

Wear appropriate PPEComply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and proceduresComply with all HSE policies, guidelines and proceduresComply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and proceduresOther duties as assignedAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSCollege Degree Preferred or High School diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a drug screen & background check3-5 years experience as a SupervisorExperience in all aspects of the manufacturing processAbility to work overtime Ability to plan and work with computer-controlled equipmentUnderstand complex manufacturing specificationsAbility to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as requiredAbility to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operationsLifting weights up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range:
