    This is an excellent "get your foot in the door" opportunity to build your resume over the next six months. The contract could be extended or become a permanent role depending on the company's needs and growth.

    One of the top companies in the area is hiring and needs to hire help for the next six months. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve, maintain confidentiality, and execute human resources processes.

    Compensation: $20/hr

    Availability: This role is set to be a temporary role for 6 months with the potential for more depending on needs. The current expectation is being in-office 2 week per month but could fluctuate as business need demands. The role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support the HR team in day-to-day tasks and projects.
    • Review the employee referral program for errors, omissions, etc, regularly.
    • Complete interview scheduling as needed.
    • Process and complete onboarding paperwork (done in-office).
    • Assist with equipment set up and delivery for new hires.
    • Foster long-term relationships with managers and department leads.
    • Heavy data entry supporting the events team.
    • Cross-training on other HR duties and responsibilities to assist the entire HR team.
    • Performs other essential HR job duties and functions as assigned.
    • General admin support as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related business field.
    • Three months – 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting.
    • Previous data entry experience is highly preferred.
    • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
    • Highly organized and possess outstanding follow-through skills.
    • Extremely detail-oriented.
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with all levels of staff and management.
