    LHH is seeking a User Experience Manager with a passion for enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing analytics, customer insights, and project management. This role requires someone to be bilingual and proficient in Chinese.

    This role will play a pivotal part in connecting with our client's food service customers, ensuring seamless interactions, and advocating for their needs to improve our services continually.


    Develop and implement online and offline strategies to enhance the customer journey across various touchpoints (app, website, team interactions, etc.).

    Utilize the company app to assess and analyze customer insights, feedback, and data to identify pain points and consumer behaviors.

    Continuously improve the customer experience based on analytics and derived insights.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer experience initiatives with business objectives.

    Lead the development and implementation of an app connecting with food service customers, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions throughout the customer journey.

    Utilize fluency in both English and Chinese to connect with chefs, advocating for enhanced customer service and gathering insights from Chinese-speaking customer segments.

    Participate in customer interactions and events, monitoring and contributing to discussions across online and offline chef communities.
    Advocate on behalf of customers to deliver improvements, identify needs, and communicate expectations in products, services, and support.
    Monitor key performance indicators to track customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing regular reports to senior management.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree
    Proven experience in User Experience, Customer Engagement, or Client Engagement experience
    Prior experience in marketing analytics, and project management roles.
    Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    Passion for understanding customer needs and advocating for their best interests.
