Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production Manager in Chicago, IL area The qualified candidate will ensure efficient production with all company policies and procedures.

The Production Manager will be responsible for understanding production priorities and provide support to supervisors.


Responsibilities:
Interpret and enforce all safety policies and practices to employeesInterpret data to continuously improve productivity Understand and communicate customer needs to employees to make sure expectations are metCommunicate with Supervisor and Operators to make sure knowledge is communicated from shift to shiftIdentify equipment, ingredients and packaging issues Coordinate with other departments to help solve issuesMaintain area in ordinance with all sanitation regulationsProvide coaching and counseling, conflict resolution, training programs for employeesEnsure areas are in compliance with 5S requirementsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred10+ years manufacturing experience 2-3 years supervisor experience Bilingual English/Spanish preferredContinuous improvement experience strongly preferredLean experience strongly preferred
