Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 11-12 patients per day with No Call Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and appropriate referrals to establish patient carePsychotropic medication management requiredCollaborating care with therapistsSubmit patient notes and documentation in a timely mannerMust be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks / Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression, Stress / Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Trauma / PTSDQualifications:

Must be fully licensed with MD or DO degreeABPN Board Certified in psychiatry with active DEA licenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to utilize EHR and technology platforms as applicable within the roleMindpath Health is an equal opportunity employer.
