Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and customer outcomes within our Financial Services business. This role will lead a high-performing sales managers and their teams focused on serving banking customers.Our Financial Services customer base spans a broad spectrum of financial services organizations:
Buy-Side:
Hedge funds, asset managers, wealth managers, and private equity firms Sell-Side: Investment banks and market makers Market Infrastructure &
Data Providers:
Organizations that power the financial markets ecosystem

Key job responsibilitiesLead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on Financial Services accounts
Drive revenue growth and customer adoption across buy-side, sell-side, and market infrastructure segments
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accounts
Develop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansion
Partner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the trading lifecycle
Navigate complex sales cycles in organizations with conservative risk management cultures and stringent regulatory requirements
Foster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for trading platforms, data analytics, HPC workloads, and risk management systems

- Experience engaging and influencing Clevel executives, both business and technical
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Deep understanding of Financial Services business models, workflows, and technology requirements
- Experience with emerging Financial Services Industry trends
- Track record of driving measurable business outcomes for customers

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
