The Manager Category Management Apparel oversees assigned categories and licensees within the Fashion business driving overall category strategy executing key initiatives for growth This role involves managing licensee relationships requiring experience in negotiating deals outreach to prospective licensees developing category strategies knowledge of licensing retail landscape fashion industry The ideal candidate will possess broad skill set entrepreneurial spirit support enhance category growth

Qualifications
- Must have years relevant experience Licensing manage aspects licensee relationships deal negotiation contract management entry approvals renewals primary contact daily communication with licensees focus Fashion BA/BS preferred Experience brand building positioning selling brands providing thorough understanding retail landscape Licensed Apparel Proficient deal negotiation contract management legal process developing pipelines prospective partners cold calling bespoke pitch materials Understands Apparel product development lifecycle retail merchandise planning Solid track record working managing licensees Exceptional communication presentation skills Team collaborator strong interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational project management capabilities keen eye detail Ability manage multiple tasks concurrently remain adaptable shifting priorities Analytical strategic thinker provides new perspectives drive meaningful contributions team Proficient Excel pivot tables comprehensive understanding financial reporting Skilled Microsoft Office suite Apple Keynote software Willingness travel business needed.
