    Description
    Louisiana - Family Medicine


    • Employed position
    • Monday through Friday; 4 1⁄2-day work week
    • Option of either ambulatory only practice or traditional inpatient and outpatient practice
    • Shared 1:5 clinic call schedule
    • The incoming family medicine physician will practice in an established practice, with a tremendous opportunity to take over patients from recent retirement of two physicians.
    Compensation/Benefits


    • Production bonuses based on wRVU production incentives
    • Quality bonuses based on value based care initiatives
    • Show-up bonus
    • Relocation assistance
    • Educational loan assistance, if applicable
    • Paid professional liability insurance
    • 3 weeks PTO/year plus 7 paid holidays
    • 9 days off for sick leave
    • 1 week off for CME
    • Reimbursement for CME/Dues/Subscriptions with a $4,500 allowance
