Weare seekinga dedicated IT/Website Maintenance Specialist to ensure our websites on WIX and WooCommerce are optimized, secure, and functioning seamlessly.

This role requires a proactiveapproach to website management, addressing issues promptlyto maintain high uptime and a superior user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Regularly update and maintain our e-commerce websites on WIX and WooCommerce, ensuring all content is up-to-date and reflects our current offerings.

Monitor website performance, identify, diagnose, and resolveissues related touptime, functionality, and speed with high reliability.
Implement security measures to protect data and transactions, adhering to best practices in cybersecurity.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providersas neededto maintain site performance and security.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure website alignment with promotions, new product launches, and other marketing activities.

Provide technical support to both internal stakeholders and external customers, addressing issues related to website navigation, order processing, and other user interface issues.

Conduct regular testing and implement new features to enhance the user experience and increase site functionality.


Qualifications:
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly WIX and WooCommerce.
Strong understanding of web development principles and up-to-datewiththe latest industry trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
Experience with web server management and cloud hosting services.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.


Education:
Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
