    The Nestle Out-of-Home Division is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Field & Account Sales to oversee the growth of the TBD region and manage a team of Customer Account Leads and Operations Specialists. The ideal candidate will be based in Texas. The role covers AR, NM, TX, OK, AR and LA and requires 50%-70% travel.

    As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Nestle Out-of-Home's success by leading the Field Sales team's market planning efforts in the region. This includes providing leadership to a team of business development professionals to achieve optimal sales and profit objectives. You will be responsible for targeting, planning, selling, executing initiatives, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sets goals for the work group, develops organizational capability, and models effective teamwork.
    • Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.
    • Develops strategic and operational plans for the work group, manages execution, and measures results.
    • Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure alignment with company business goals and objectives.
    • Analyzes sales estimates, develops annual forecasts, and recommends goals to senior sales management.
    • Builds long-term account value by establishing executive-level relationships within key accounts. Delivers strategic business reviews, including performance measures, labor management, revenue generation, site development, trend analysis, program and product initiatives, and strategic planning with select accounts.
    • Establishes and grows senior-level distributor and contractual sales relationships in the region.
    • Plans and organizes work and submits reports of sales activities for self and supervises these activities for all regional team members.
    • Develops contacts and prospects that ensure long-term profitability for the company and customers.
    • Provides team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and builds effective teams.
    • Provides coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve business and customer results.
    • Actively identifies and develops top talent among direct reports.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or eqivalent work experience.
    • 7 years of Foodservice sales experience required.
    • 7 years of outside sales/sales management experience, with 5 years of people management experience.
    • 5 years of experience in complex sales agreement/contract negotiation.
    • 5 years of experience in rolling out national programs.
    • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively.
