Description

Responsabilidades:

Mantener altos estándares de limpieza en la cocina.
Ayudar con la preparación de alimentos y mantener las áreas de preparación.
Mantener todas las áreas asignadas organizadas, higiénicas y limpias.
Realizar tareas de servicios públicos y mantenimiento según lo asignado.
Ayudar al gerente de cocina/cocinero de línea con las tareas según sea necesario

Calificaciones:

Preferiblemente 1 año de experiencia en cocina.
Se requiere experiencia previa en restaurante/comida
Capacidad para permanecer profesional y cortés bajo presión.
Competente en técnicas de preparación de alimentos y uso de equipos.
Se prefiere el conocimiento de los estándares de almacenamiento y manipulación de alimentos.
Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y buen juicio.
Tarjeta de manipulador de alimentos estatal/local cuando corresponda
Disponibilidad flexible para turnos, feriados, noches, fines de semana y horas extras

Responsibilities:

Maintain high cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Assist with food preparation and maintain prep areas
Keep all assigned areas organized, sanitary, and clean
Perform utility and maintenance tasks as assigned
Assist Kitchen Manager / Line Cook with duties as needed

Qualifications:

1 year of cooking experience preferred
Previous restaurant / food experience required
Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
Proficient in food preparation techniques and equipment usage
Knowledge of food storage and handling standards preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
State/local food handlers card where applicable
Flexible availability for shifts, holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
