    Position Information

    Review disquisitions (theses, papers, and dissertations) for format requirements and clarity; coordinate with and train staff at the Center for Writers to deliver support to disquisitioning students; educate students and faculty about the review process; supervise preparation of final copies of submission to ProQuest and the Institutional Repository; provide outreach to departments, colleges, faculty, and students that informs them about procedures for preparing and submitting disquisitions; work directly with students to support the disquisition process; electronic document review and archiving.

    Work Schedule:
    40 hours/week 12 months, Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Regular Semester Hours; 7:30am-4:00pm Summer and Break Hours

    Advertised Salary:

    Commensurate with experience.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    · B.S./B.A.
    · Demonstrated collaboration skills
    · Eye for detail and design
    · Proficient writer and editor
    · Technical proficiency with MS Word
    · Foundational understanding of citation styles and copyright

    Preferred Qualifications:
    · M.A. or M.S.
    · Experience in publication
    · Direct experience working with students, especially with writing
    · Understanding of other publication applications, e.g. LaTex
