- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)

- Experience leading large and small groups preferred
- Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently

Job Description:
Orthopedic Service Line Director
The Orthopedic Service Line Director provides vision and leadership for the development of orthopedic programs and services to meet the needs of the community.
In a matrixed reporting structure, they provide overall leadership and coordination of all aspects of orthopedic services in the provision of service and quality patient care.
This leader is also responsible for daily and overall efficient operation of assigned clinic, including staff performance, patient care processes and outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and prudent resource management.
The manager will develop, execute, and oversee aspects of service delivery, quality assurance, governmental regulations, regulatory compliance, program policies and practices.
The position will be hands-on and interact and coordinate with management, staff, and patients.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
