    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow QA Analyst to join our organization's IT team. The ServiceNow QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions deployed within our client's environment. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare IT processes, coupled with expertise in software quality assurance and testing methodologies. The ServiceNow QA Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop test plans, execute test cases, and identify and report defects to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet organizational requirements and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing within ServiceNow, with a focus on IT projects and healthcare IT systems

    Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules preferred.

    Strong understanding of healthcare IT processes, regulations, and industry best practices, including HIPAA compliance requirements.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
