Our office is looking for a Front Desk Medical Phone Operator for a busy surgical office. Candidate must be a team player, enthusiastic about work, friendly in a face to face and phone interactions. Spanish speaking is a must for this position.

Also we are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our amazing team.

Responsibilities:

• Escort patients to exam rooms.
• Obtain and appropriately record patient vitals,/ medication list.
• Monitor patient flow.
• Assist physician with minor clinical procedures.
• Prepare patient charts.
• Maintain a safe environment in accordance with standard, policies and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous medical/surgical experience preferred but we can train.
• Familiar with minor medical surgical procedures preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish verbally and in writing Preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Valid NV driver license .(A MUST)
• Reliable transportation

Position requires travel between locations.

Spanish speaking preferred.
