As a Clinical Liaison, you bring:
As a Clinical Liaison at Soliant your primary objective is to foster business growth and drive referrals, with sales being your foremost responsibility. This role embodies collaboration, requiring you to spearhead a proactive strategy in engaging with physicians, discharge planners, and payers. Your aim is to identify patients, tailor personalized care plans, and seamlessly facilitate the transition from the acute care environment to their home setting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience in infusion healthcare
• Sales experience is preferred
