Qualifications:
The primary focus of this role is assembling customer orders, conducting quality checks, and ensuring accurate shipments. A significant portion of the workday will involve assembly tasks such as adding final touches to products and packaging them securely. Upholding Medalcraft's core values and contributing to the company's growth are essential aspects of this role.
When not engaged in shipping duties, you will collaborate with the assembly team, finalize product packaging, conduct quality inspections, and address any quality issues promptly. You will work closely with the Department Lead to enhance processes, propose solutions, and maintain product quality standards.
