Responsibilities
* Receive Store Prepare Produce Cleans Serve* Ensuring accuracy integrity all products delivered use Food Service Department put away appropriate locations
* Safely handles stores all products applicable guidelines
* Follow recipe production standards assignments
* Assembles trays plates customer needs
* Maintains clean sanitary safe work environment* Safely operates kitchen equipment established guidelines* Tends customers face-to-face via phone handles cash transactions following cash handling policies * May required work off-site* Follows regulatory guidelines as required * Communicates effectively identify issues ensure corrective measures implemented
